Overview
KCCL Lift forklifts can be specified with a full range of hydraulic attachments that turn a general-purpose truck into a load-specific handling machine. Twelve standard attachments cover fork handling, clamping, rotating and load-security duties, and combine with cab, tyre, manned-platform and plug options to match your site, climate and national electrical standards. Choosing the right attachment usually removes a manual step from every handling cycle — which is where most of the real productivity and safety gain in a forklift fleet comes from.
Features
Fork handling — sideshift, fork positioner, hinged fork, load extender
The driver shifts the load sideways, adjusts fork spread and reaches deeper without leaving the seat. Pallets of different sizes are handled in one continuous cycle instead of repeated dismounts and manual fork resets, which is where mixed-load operations lose most of their time.
Evidence: sideshift, fork positioner, hinged fork and load extender available; on KN-CPD80/100 the fork positioner and side shifter are fitted as standard, with fork width adjustable 420–2060 mm.
Clamping — bale, drum, carton and rotating roll clamps
Loads that have no pallet — bales, drums, cartons, paper reels — are gripped directly by the truck. You stop buying and returning pallets for those goods, and you stop losing product to stacks that were never stable in the first place.
Evidence: four clamp types available — bale clamp, drum clamp, carton clamp and rotating roll clamp, the latter adding powered rotation for reel handling.
Rotating and tipping — rotator and hinged bucket
The rotator inverts containers to discharge their contents and the hinged bucket turns the truck into a loose-material handler. One machine then covers emptying and bulk work that would otherwise justify buying separate equipment.

Load security and destuffing — load stabilizer and push-pull
The load stabilizer clamps a stack from above so it arrives intact, while push-pull handles slip-sheet loads. Together they let you ship without pallets in containers where every centimetre of cube is worth paying for.

Cab, tyres and manned platform
An enclosed cab with heater or air conditioning keeps the operator working through cold stores and hot yards; solid tyres suit indoor floors while pneumatic tyres handle rough outdoor ground; and the manned platform gives a compliant way to raise a worker for occasional access tasks instead of improvising on the forks.
Evidence: cab may be open-air or enclosed under the overhead guard assembly, with cab heater for cold climates and fan or air conditioner for hot ones; solid tyres for indoor use, pneumatic for outdoor; manned platform has railings, harness attachment brackets and a strap or chain securing it to the carriage.
Customized plugs to national standards
Chargers ship with the plug and socket standard of the destination country, fitted with the safety devices that market expects. The truck can be put to work on arrival instead of waiting on local rewiring or an adaptor that voids your warranty.
Evidence: Australian, Brazilian, Italian, US, Indian, South African, European, Swiss, British, Japanese, Taiwanese and Thai standards, plus three-, four- and five-core industrial couplers and concealed or surface-mounted sockets.

Application
Attachments are specified against the load, not the truck. Paper, packaging and printing plants run rotating roll clamps; textile, recycling and agriculture use bale clamps; chemical and food sites use drum clamps and rotators; appliance and beverage distribution use carton clamps and load stabilizers; and export operations loading containers without pallets use push-pull. Fork positioners and sideshifts pay back fastest in any operation handling more than one pallet size.
