Overview
The KCCL Lift 8–10 tonne heavy duty electric forklift brings full engine-class lifting capacity to plants that can no longer run diesel indoors. Rated at 8000–10000 kg on a 600 mm load centre and driven by an 80 V system with a 30–35 kW traction motor, it handles steel, moulds, precast units and paper reels with zero exhaust and far lower noise. A fork positioner and side shifter are fitted as standard, hydraulic power steering keeps a 13-tonne machine precise to place, and an enclosed cab with heating or air conditioning keeps the operator productive across cold stores and hot yards.

Fork positioner and side shifter fitted as standard
A hydraulic attachment moves the tines together or apart and shifts the load sideways from the seat, so the driver never climbs down to reset fork spacing between different pallet and load sizes. That cuts handling time on every mixed-load cycle and removes a common manual-handling injury risk.

8–10 tonne capacity on an 80 V electric driveline
You get engine-class lifting capacity with no exhaust and markedly lower noise. Heavy unit loads can therefore be handled inside plants and enclosed halls where a diesel truck would be excluded on emissions or ventilation grounds — without stepping down to a smaller machine.

High-capacity battery with 380 V charging and side-out exchange
A large pack supports long, heavy shifts, and the optional side-out battery solution lets a depleted pack be exchanged from the side instead of being lifted out through the roof guard. Multi-shift operations keep the truck working rather than waiting on a charge.

Hydraulic power steering with enclosed cab
Hydraulic steering keeps a 10-tonne-class truck light and precise to maneuver despite its mass, while the enclosed cab with heater or air conditioning protects the operator. Placement accuracy stays high and fatigue stays low through a full shift in any climate.

Intelligent BMS with 4G telemetry
The integrated battery management system continuously tracks voltage, current, temperature and insulation and reports online. Degradation and faults are caught before they strand a truck mid-shift, which protects both uptime and the largest single component cost in the machine.
Evidence: SOC/SOP/SOH/SOF estimation, insulation and adhesion detection, automatic cell balancing, 2-channel CAN and 4G wireless communication, online fault alarm.
Safety engineered to European regulation
Lowering is cut off the moment the driver leaves the seat, an emergency power-off switch is wired to the electronic control over CAN bus, and electronic hydraulic overload protection guards the mast. On the heaviest duties this protects people, load and machine at the same time.

Application
Built for heavy manufacturing and materials handling: steel and metals (coils, plate, billets), large moulds and dies, precast concrete and building materials, paper reels, port and yard work, and any plant moving 8–10 tonne unit loads indoors where emissions, noise or ventilation rule out a diesel truck. Pair with a rotating roll clamp, bale clamp or drum clamp for load-specific handling.
