Overview
The KCCL Lift short wheelbase electric forklift is built for the tightest material-handling environments. With a wheelbase of just 990–1380 mm and a minimum turning radius of 1460 mm, it turns and repositions in aisles a standard counterbalance truck cannot work in — while the four-wheel chassis keeps the stability a three-wheel machine gives up. Rated at 1200–2000 kg with a 500 mm load centre and 3000 mm standard lifting height, it runs a 48 V AC drive system with lithium or lead-acid battery options. Outstanding manoeuvrability, excellent passability and technically optimised stability make it the right truck for compact spaces, narrow aisles and work that demands frequent steering.
Features
990 mm wheelbase and a 1460 mm turning radius
The truck turns inside aisles a standard counterbalance forklift cannot enter, and repositions with fewer shunts. That lets you narrow rack aisles to win back storage positions — or simply move more pallets per shift in the aisles you already have.

Four-wheel chassis, not three
A short wheelbase delivers the agility, while four wheels keep a wide, stable support base. Operators can carry rated loads at height with confidence instead of trading stability for agility as they would on a three-wheel truck.

48 V AC drive with one-key three-mode control
A high-frequency MOSFET controller gives smooth travel and lift with regenerative braking, reverse braking and ramp anti-slip. One-key switching between economic, power and strong modes lets each operator match power draw to the task — saving energy on light runs and holding full torque on ramps.
Evidence: optimised hydraulic system reduces whole-vehicle energy consumption by 20%; drive motor 4–5.5 kW; 48 V / 300–350 Ah battery.
Thickened special-steel forks and multi-piece composite chain
The forks resist deformation under repeated heavy pick-ups and the composite chain runs smoother with higher carrying capacity than an ordinary chain. High-cycle operations therefore go longer between service stops and unplanned downtime.
Evidence: fork sizes 32/35/40 × 100 × 1070 mm; multi-piece composite chain fitted as standard.
Electromagnetic parking brake and ergonomic cockpit
Automatic hill hold on slopes, assisted braking, an adjustable steering wheel and a 150 mm adjustable seat keep the driver comfortable and in control. Over a full shift that shows up as fewer handling errors and less operator fatigue.
Evidence: 15% gradeability; seat adjustable 150 mm fore/aft with seat belt; hydraulic + mechanical travel brake with mechanical parking brake.
Solid tyres and zero-emission electric drive
Solid tyres remove the risk of blowouts and loss of control, and electric drive produces no exhaust with markedly lower noise. The truck can therefore work indoors around people, food and finished goods where an engine-powered truck cannot.

Application
Purpose-built for material handling in compact spaces, narrow aisles and operations with frequent steering — dense racking and small warehouses, retail and distribution back-of-house, container and truck loading in confined yards, and production lines where the truck must weave between machines. Solid tyres and zero-emission drive suit indoor and enclosed environments where noise and air quality matter.
